Victoria's art at Mercer's Daughter has been a favorite of mine for ages. In fact, I thought I had featured her, and was shocked to realize I hadn't. At last, then, here is some of her beautiful art rendered in acrylics and ink. I've chosen her bedroom images because they are so comforting to look at, and just make you want to curl up with a good book with your cat beside you.
I was convinced Victoria was British, because her interiors always look like those of English country houses to me, and the name of her store sounds very English - 'Mercer' is an old English word, after all. However, Victoria is North American, but obviously a bit of an Anglophile, all the same.
See Victoria's lovely artwork at Mercer's Daughter; she does lots of different subjects. I just happen to love her bedrooms.
